For this creation you will need: 12 Health Quinoa Protein Pizza Base Mix
On that note, let’s bake!
- 1 bag of Quinoa Protein Pizza Base Mix
- Olive Oil to cook and drizzle
- 1 Reg chilli (seeds removed if you can't handle the heat!)
- Gluten free vegetarian tofu sausages
- 1/2 Garlic clove, finely diced
- 2 TBSP unhulled tahini
- Grill 1 Vegetarian Sausage until cooked though as per packet instructions. Set aside.
- Prepare pizza base per mix instructions, adding in diced garlic to the mix.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked though.
- Top base with rocket, sliced sausage, chilli & drizzle with Tahini.
