F.A.Q

Have a question? We (probably) already have the answer. But, if it's not below then feel free to contact us and ask away.

Shipping

Order to oven.

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse (always quicker when we can). Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post and are out of our control.

If you have selected a tracked delivery option, you will not only receive your tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post too. Win. So please, double check that your email is entered correctly at the checkout. All parcels with tracking require a signature upon delivery. If you would like your order to be left at your door, please specify this in the notes section when ordering*

Please triple check your delivery address before confirming your order. Any orders that have had the address incorrectly entered by the customer will be refunded minus shipping and handling.

Express Post

Selecting express post won’t speed up the packing of your order, we have no favorites here. It will however speed up the post man. If you are within the Australia Post express postage network, expect your order to be with you within 1 business day of us putting it in the post box.

E Parcel with tracking

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are: Melbourne Metro: 1-2
Business days Rest of Australia: 2 – 6 Business days.

Standard with NO tracking

Ordering a single mix with no tracking? We can’t stress this enough - we can not track this one for you nor is there any insurance if it goes missing. If you live somewhere where mail tends to mysteriously disappear, we strongly suggest you select a tracked option.

Please note that these postage times are an estimate only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (ie. Christmas), or Australia Post internal delays.

Gluten Free

All of our products are gluten free, and have been approved and endorsed by Coeliac Australia.

How do we know? Because every single batch is tested before it makes it into the bag.

Not only are our mixes gluten free, they are free from Dairy, Soy and Preservatives.

Due to shared equipment products may contain traces of tree nuts and seeds.

Are our products vegan friendly?

All of our products except for our Quinoa Protein Pizza Base and the Banana Manuka Honey Muffins (sorry, we just love honey!) can be made vegan by replacing the eggs.

For egg replacement ideas check out our blog here

What ingredients do I need to add?

Everything you need to know about the products is on the back of the pack. Our products have ben developed to cater to as many food intolerances as possible.

Our pizza base requires water for the mix then your favourite pizza toppings! Cooking in Olive Oil is recommended.

Our pancake mix requires 1 Organic Egg or a vegan replacement and Almond Milk.

All muffin mixes require:

Milk: Soy, Cows, Almond, Rice, Oat or Coconut milks all work well.
Eggs: Use free range organic Eggs where possible but you can use an egg replacement, too.
Oil: If you follow us on Instagram (@12health) you will always hear us preach about how much we LOVE coconut oil! Not only does it add a great sweet and nutty flavour to our muffins but it is packed with good fats and nutrients too.

Nutritional Information

As we all know there are a million and one different brands and types of milks, oils and even eggs - all of which have different nutritional contents.

Almond breeze unsweetened almond milk for example has 168kJ per 250ml serve while the original version has 263kJ.

We have based the panels on the dry ingredients alone so you can add the content of your added ingredients to this to get the end values quickly and easily!

Can I freeze the muffins after I bake them?

Once you bake one of our products, you can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months safely. Freezing a few batches of our tasty mixes is a very good idea in fact - better to come home and defrost a healthy muffin than go on a snacking feast with less healthy alternatives!
